Fishing in Cambridge

I'm new to fishing and I recently moved to Cambridge, I've got my outdoors card and fishing license, and don't plan on keeping any caught fish so I'm not too concerned about certain limits. My main issue is I'm not sure how the regulations on where I am allowed to fish work. I would like to fish on the Grand River, near the Mill, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed, and if I am, what lures I may or may not be allowed to use. Any advice is helpful, thank you
