Year old Eyebrow piercing fell out

Hey guys got home from work and saw my eyebrow piercing had completely come out sometime at work. I tried to put it back in but the holes shrunk so it must’ve been out for a bit. I have a stretching kit so I went from 20g to 18g to 16 g and managed to get it back in. My eyelids a little red but doesn’t hurt. Any signs of infection or anything I should look out for? Piercing was over a year old before this happened and I’m using niobium jewelry. For now just gonna clean it with soap and water and just keep an eye on it.
