Is there any alternative of IBEX? The similar one!!

My English speaking skills aren't as good as my typing skills 🙂. I mean... I have a bit of a confidence issue and I want to get a good job during my drop year where the salary package is at least above 50k so I can bear my study expenses myself. Secondly, I want to kickstart my career maybe in sales or in something like lead generation campaigns. And the third thing is that IBEX doesn't have good reviews even my friend recently ran away from there. So do you know any good chat-based companies? 🫡
