HD Leasing

So my ex hubs just got an apartment through Harvest Development. Barely a month into the lease, and the ceiling over his toilet just gave way from water (?) directly upstairs above it. Not a huge hole, per se, but still wtf. He says it's smelled like piss since he moved in. They say they're coming out to repair it tomorrow. Anyhoo, anyone else ever rent from this company? Care to share any experiences? I can't find too much out on them. TIA!
