Favorite classes (pottery, jewelry making, etc)?

My work offers 1k a year towards "learning". This also covers things like pottery classes, jewelry making classes, blowing glass, etc.

What are some of these classes you've heard about or gone to that seemed really fun and/or interesting? I'll be doing this alone as a self date activity!

I love being creative and making things I can use or display! Bonus points for something funky like idk puppet making or something!
