How do pressed Adderall work in comparison to real Adderall and straight up meth?

What are the differences between Adderall, pressed Adderall and straight up meth?

I'm prescribed 30mg XR Adderall and it's not enough. It doesn't even work if I swallow it most of the time so I have to snort it. I was going to get my dose raised Friday but even 40mg swallowed almost never works. If I snort it it last about 5 hours. I want to get more Adderall to add to it after it wears off to last 10-12 hours. If I could get real Adderall without paying $1/mg I would :/.

I don't want to get high, even when using my Adderall I don't usually do enough to get high. A couple times I accidently took to much and was tweaking and it's so uncomfortable and I can't get anything done. But I'm hearing that swallowing Adderall presses is similar to taking real Adderall and I really need help extending my dose to lasting all day and having a higher dose that actually works. But I don't want to crash as hard as actually snorting/smoking meth does to you. I used to use opiates to come down when I used meth and I don't want to go back to that.. I cannot express how much I don't want to get high. But taking the Adderall has woken me up and got me living my life again. It's helping me so much at work and at home and I'm following my dreams again. I see a lot of people who have taken 30mg presses for years and didn't even know and it actually helped them a lot. That to me says a lot.
