Blown fuse when repairing damage on body of the car

I took my 2024 Prius Prime SE to get some minor damage repaired. The following day, on the app, I get error notifications that the car's battery and engine have malfunctioned.

I contact the owner of the body shop, who informs me that the issue is a blown fuse. He said that they were doing the repairs, which involved repeatedly opening doors (if I remember correctly). He said that when they attempted to start the car, it would not work, and he had to call a mechanic to give it a boost.

He seems to be blaming the issue on the car itself, either as a software issue or a mechanical issue related to hybrid vehicles. The thing is that I only recently took the car to the garage for maintenance, and there was nothing wrong with it.
