I think I got HIV at 18

I had oral sex with a guy on June 16th, he ejaculated in my mouth, and I swallowed, I didn't have any wounds in my mouth or bleeding. On the 27th of the same month, I had anal sex as a bottom without a condom with a guy I'm pretty sure is HIV-negative. He didn't ejaculate inside. On Sunday, June 29th, I noticed a very painful canker sore on the inside of my lip, and on Monday, a small, painful bump near my anus. I thought it was an inflamed hair, but after a few days, it evolved into a wound with a red scab. When the inflammation subsided, it was left with a flat scar with shiny, melanin-free skin, typical of bruises. On Thursday, July 3rd, I started feeling pain in the left side of my groin, which turned into a swollen and painful lymph node. I had a headache and pain when I rolled my eyes that lasted a day, a constant low-grade fever, two yellow crusty sores on the outside of my lips, a sore tongue, pain in both wisdom teeth, tonsils with white spots, and a sore throat. During this period I had bleeding gums.

When I took the 3rd generation rapid self-test on July 9th (23 days after oral sex and it was negative), I had already healed everything (in 6 days), including the swollen lymph node. What took longer was the pain in my teeth and tongue, which sometimes hurt when I ate something, and the sore near my anus. About 10 days after that, I had a horrible throat irritation that made it impossible to swallow any liquid without feeling pain. I had a runny nose, clear snot, and once bloody, and sneezing a lot. I also had a lot of shortness of breath and a feeling of something stuck in my throat. I got better in a few days. But I'm currently experiencing symptoms of neuropathy, like tingling, a cold feeling inside my arms, pain in my arms and legs even when I'm not doing anything. Maybe because I took ciprofloxacin? I only took one 500mg pill on July 4th. I'm freaking out that it's HIV. I'm only 18 and I don't know how to deal with it.
