Spotting Early Pregnancy

Hi everyone, I just got a positive this morning at 11DPO but have been spotting and cramping since 6DPO

these last couple months I’ve been spotting on and off before my periods as well. I was just wondering if anyone else has gone through this and had a healthy pregnancy?
