Networking events or professional organizations for people in their 20s/30s?

I work remotely most of the time and have realized I don’t have much of a professional network. Are there any trusted networking groups or professional organizations in Los Angeles that cater to mid-career professionals? I’m in the nonprofit sector, but I’d love to connect with people from a variety of fields.
