Seizure and Fainting

Female, 23 years old. 130 pounds smokes weed oil dabs daily for 3 years, takes no medication and no history of any medical issue. me and my girlfriend had smoked some weed (we have for a few years) and she was doing dishes. she cut her finger on a knife and then got VERY pale and light headed. i sat her down on the couch and when i did 5 seconds later she slumped over very slowly like she fainted and then sat back up and started having a hardcore seizure. shes never had a seizure before to her knowledge has no other medical issues and takes no medications. she sat up and started seizing hard her whole body tensed up and she had usual seizure movements not breathing arms reaching and body twitching all over it was terrifying to see i was smacking her face rubbing her chest everything. after 15 ish seconds she stopped and slowly came back and now she says all she feels is Extremely tired and out of it. the being pale makes me think low blood pressure from a sudden shock from the cut, but the Seizure thing is confusing and scary to me. EMTS came and said she should make a doctors appointment took no vitals at all.
