Finishing FRoSS helical ring crafting

I'm half a mirror into crafting this for FRoSS and trying to figure the best way to proceed. I've never used a reflecting mist before so not sure of the odds of success. The ES is T3 so not great.

Should I craft something non-reflectable like aspect of spider and reflect as is? Keep spamming essences in hopes of getting a "bad" prefix I don't care about? Something else?
