How to enable secure boot to get Windows 11

Does anyone know how to enable secure boot so I can download Windows 11? Also, I didn’t put in a product key when I downloaded Windows 10 (from a usb), so I don’t know if that’s going to be an issue. This PC is new and I’ve used it for a couple things already. I don’t know much about computers so any help would be appreciated!
