I don't think anything I am going to write is necessarily new or uncommon but wanted to share my experience as I approach day 37, in the event it may help someone. Started chewing long cut around 19, switched to Zyn around 23, and have been on that train for 10 years or so; can a day, minimum.

TLDR; lifelong athlete, connected Zyn with anxiety/panic attacks/elevated HR, on the rollercoaster ride to recovery, some of the most difficult days of my life.

Days 1-4: HEAVY BRAIN FOG

Days 4-10: Euphoria like I haven't felt in over a decade. Runs and workouts were insane, resting heart rate dropped 10-15bpm, lungs felt 2x larger, etc etc...

Days 10-20: Brain fog back, lingering background anxiety almost constantly, panic attacks at random times (HR would shoot to 130 just walking around).

Days 22-25: Absolute hell. The most insane amount of constant anxiety, ruminating thoughts, panic attacks doing anything other than sitting down, couldn't leave the house, etc... hands down the most difficult mental days of my life. Chest tightness, lump in throat, etc... Was on the brink of going to the ER 24/7.

Days 26-30: Brief lift in symptoms, driving, sitting in traffic, grocery shopping, all felt like they would push me to the edge of panic and sometimes they pushed me over. Lingering chest tightness and lump in throat, felt like they rotated days at some points.

Days 31-34: Brain fog pretty heavy but able to move around, go into work, carry on semi normal but conscious of raising my HR too much.

Days 35-current: Brain fog has lifted tremendously, still have background anxiety but nothing like before, able to do most things okay with lingering anxiety.

Tried to keep this semi-brief, if anyone is struggling and wants to talk, drop me a message.
