How to connect airlink with PC?

I'm having a lot of trouble connecting with my pc wirelessly. If I try Virtual Desktop, I get can't find the headset. If I try to use a wireless link from the Meta app, it's unplayable. My pc specs are pretty good, 32gig of ram, RTX 4090, i9 processor. I usually connect using open composite butt; I can't do this with GOT. It's got me stumped.

How does everyone else connect?
