any help!!

so i (17 m (born female if that matters)) am getting a colonoscopy in like 2 days and i have every symptoms of colon cancer possible that i’ve seen and colon cancer runs very heavy in both sides of my family with my dads mom having it currently.

i’m really nervous for my colonoscopy and am more nervous if i have it

any tips on easing nerves before the procedure or in general if i do have it. anything is appreciated i have nobody too talk about (other then bothering my boyfriend) about it and just need some tips
