There should be a law or something to ensure there are entry level jobs

Im sick of companies only hiring senior positions or on asking for people with 3+ years of experience. There should be some sort of law requiring companies that have ads for X many non entry level employees have to hire Y many entry level jobs

Im aware this is possibly an unpopular opinion, but something needs to be done
