Received email from B Labs, have an EA account, but cannot play

Hi, I donwloaded yesterday after receiving an email from Labs stating that I can play with the EA account linked to the inbox where I received said email. Ok, great, I checked yesterday to see the launcher, all good; today, I open it and it looks the same as in yseterday and I cannot play.
I installed from Steam, and then tried the version directly from EA (I erased the one from Steam and then installed the EA one) but none seem to work. My EA account is linked with Steam too (even with Xbox and Sony account) but nothing works.
Did I missed anything or did anyone encounter a similar issue?
