Dad has extreme Ear and Head Pain

65M, type 2 diabetic 5,8 92kg. Ear pain in his left ear that spreads to left side of head severe he is constantly in pain. GP prescribed antibiotics for a week but didn’t work so far. Went back and preserved antibiotics again plus Tylenol, and referred to ENT which may take weeks(Wait times are crazy in Ontario). His ear hurts when pushed from the bottom of his ear forward.
