might get suspended :(

i was driving an ev van today and it ended up cracking the window between the windshield and the passenger window, right in from of the right mirror. i was driving in a residential neighborhood and i think i either hit the rim of a basketball hoop or a tree branch, i looked back and saw both. i told my dsp and he said they want to suspend me for the damage but hes gonna talk to them. what do you guys think is gonna happen?
