Shiseido manufacturing locations and formulations

I purchased Shiseido box set of eye cream. The price was better. On this box, it states it is made in Japan. When I opened the box upon arriving at home, there are two boxes of the eye cream. I examined the boxes and they indicate Made in USA. If I purchased a single box of eye cream, it has on it Made in France.

Should I have concerns about where it is manufactured? Is the formulation superior when made in Japan?

Can you share your experiences of trying to find out if the formulation is the same no matter what country it is manufactured?
