Career change

Hello! I am interested in a career change and am curious about how realistic pursuing a career as a CSP would be. I am a practicing veterinarian and thus have a bachelor’s in animal science and a doctorate- but obviously this would be a complete career change.

What would be the most logical path forward? Would I need a different bachelor’s degree first?
