Will a tune get rid of the governed 130mph top speed?

Based in America. I will be tuning the car regardless, but i was just curious if OTS tunes from BM3 or MHD will get get rid of the governed 130mph. I understand thats what BMW sets it to unless you have a performance model. Mine is a sport line however, but im assuming thats still considered a base model?
