Social media while with client?
I'm in management at my clinic. Today, I had an RBT watching social media videos while in session with a client. Her client was sitting on the floor working with a puzzle or something. I had to say something to her twice about it and I got attitude both times. She also did it again later while on a different client. When I mentioned it to others in management, I was told that the first client she was with has a program where the tech ignores him and he has to get their attention (the 2nd client does not have this program). However, 1. She did not mention anything about running a program when I told her to put her phone up, 2. Everyone is constantly told to use their tablets (hers on in her lap under her phone) and not use their phones, and 3. My boss has said before that using our phones to yexy or scroll on socials is considered insurance fraud. The client's BCBA is out and unreachable right now so I can't ask her. Anyone else know of any client programs where you're supposed to be on social media on your phone? Like, she wasn't just pretending to scroll to look distracted, she was actively watching videos.
