How do you know if you have PCOS without a diagnoses?

I have some chin hairs that grow and I shave. People keep telling me that its a symptom of PCOS and I'm worrying over it. I don't want to have PCOS. Other than that I don't really think I have anything that lines of with PCOS. What are some of the major symptoms of PCOS? I don't have insurance so I can't go get tested without dropping a fortune on bills.
