Need substantial help- utilities (long post sorry)

Hey, never thought id be here but here goes everything.....

Im a single mom of 4 and my now ex left me with a boatload of debt, unpaid bills and you name it. Ive worked 3 jobs this last year to pay everything down, and now that ive exhausted my savings, fulfilled 2 contracts for work and still work full time.... I need to come up with 5K CAD to keep the utilities on. Theres no social programs who will help with that level of arrears, ive been through all my local resources.

I got the call today that despite 2 different DV shelter social workers advocating my cause (ex ran up hydro bill; missed payment arrangements and commitments) they will discontinue services unless the 5k is paid. They also will not take my ex off the bill until this arrears are paid.

Its important to note, those 5K are "admin and late fees". Ive paid the actual bill down to 0 (if anyone knows anything about Hydro One in Canada......)

I can make monthly installments with interest per agreement if any angel is willing to help.

My family cannot help, my ex is useless and I cannot run off a generator.

P.s. Im working on calling in smaller loans ive given to people so the amount may be lower.....
