2007 rdx struggling

I'm aware I need to change the timing belt after 100k miles. I have 120+k miles and I've noticed my RDX only jerkin 3 times when going up the hill. A little hard to accelerate on the hill. Which means I have to push the gas hard to get over a hill without going under the limit of the speed limit. It's the weirdest thing I've noticed after purchasing this car over a year ago.
