Should I switch to injections?

I keep hearing (online amd in groups) that injections are the best form of feminizing HRT.

I am currently using sublingual E and Spiro and I am starting to reach optimal levels. Process is still slow but I have been feeling good so far.

I wanted to know other experiences on this? Thank you!
