Who should I try next?

Been on Olympia tirz for 3 months now, titrating up every month (and was on brand name Zepbound for a month prior to that). I’ve lost exactly 7 lb over the past 13 weeks that I’ve been on Olympia. The appetite suppression and reduction in food noise seems very minimal now. Would like to try ordering from a different pharmacy next, and see if that helps make any difference. Any suggestions on who I should try next?
