Tone arm keeps slipping

Victrola VPRO-2000 Professional Series Bluetooth USB Turntable.. I bought this model cheap from a friend who couldn't get the tone arm to stop skating. I thought I could figure it out, but I'm having trouble. I've reset the weight and anti skate several times with no luck. Looking for any helpful tips. Thanks.
