MIGHTY APE - Watch out for them scamming you without you knowing

Eww so i made a purchase, sweet got my stuff, then i notice Mighty Ape is taking $29 from my account - UGH why! Me being me, FORGOT and then another payment come out. My partner then tells me, this happened to me too (he probably told me but never listened) - they trick you at the cart - something about signing up to get free shipping and a pointless ongoing membership..... WHAT i don't remember that and i am happy to pay shipping and I shop there once every 77 years!! Where did it say this. I can read and I do read stuff... they really fool you. So this is your warning - be vigilant when making purchases to these people and actually who else does this sneaky move.

I have logged into my account and cancelled now, but i'm annoyed still because they just took money from me. How many people do they fool into this and how long are the payments going for - is this keeping them afloat. How many of your grandparents are they taking money from. I want a refund too - but can i ring them? NO I have to talk to a robot. No i have not explored further to find an e-mail - at this point i am just whinging.
