Plan b and ovulation

Am I at risk of being pregnant? Hi I'm a 17F and my boyfriend who is 17M. Yesterday we made a big mistake and we have to buy a plan b, we went to Walgreens and bought an ovulation test and a plan b.. I took the ovulation test and the line was really really faint... after that I took the plan b and did another test today and the line came back much darker than yesterday, I'm curious if plan b messes with the LH surges? I thought I was supposed to come back even fainter because plan b delays ovulation?
