Clever fraud happened, Wells Fargo denied my claim. Need advice

Hello

Some criminals got my card details and billing address and made 4 purchases. Then I got nearly empty package with fake name but to my billing address.

So now Wells Fargo says that this package is a prove that those purchases were authorized and deny to return my money. There was not any investigation because if a billing address receives a package, then all transactions considered authorized by a card holder with the same billing address. I am going to lose more than $200.

What is my option here?
