Low FPS with 9900k and 3090FE [Discussion]

As the title state I am getting low fps (60-80) on most maps and around 45 on streets. I've overclocked my 9900k to 5.0ghz and XMP is enabled. Resolution is at 1440p. Is my 9900k the bottleneck here?
