I was stupid and lost my account :(

Today I got a message from someone who recently followed me, saying they accidently reported my account and to message them on discord. I did and they sent me what appeared to be an official looking screenshot of an email of the report. It said to message some bsky support on Discord, I did and started following their instructions, before I realized it was likely a scam, but not before changing my email to theirs... now I'm signed out of everything and have likely lost that account forever. Don't be an idiot like me and lose your account, at least it wasn't something more important. I did email support but most likely will have to just make a new one. And to make things worse, once I realized I just closed the chats and blocked them, so I don't even have the screenshots to show. I thought I was smart enough to see stuff like this before it happens, but guess it can happen to anyone.
