Can I Sell Something for "Free with Subcharges?"

I've been designing my own customized cards for an existing game. I plan to release the set on Etsy as a downloadable PDF. Can I make the product "free" with a $1.99 charge for "processing/handling" to avoid copyright claims that I'm profiting?
