Fun/Fair Ideas to Reallocate Vacant Team Keepers?

I’m taking over as commish for my keeper auction league, where we will have 2-4 teams changing managers. As first time commish, I'm looking to crowdsource ways to divvy up keeper-eligible players for incoming new managers.

I’d like to assign outgoing managers' 2024 rostered players to the incoming managers. Do your leagues have any fun/creative/fair-to-everyone ways to transfer keeper options, outside of randomly assigning an incoming manager a team? Any and all thoughts appreciated!
