OTD Platinum Pathfinder prices in Texas (sorry I know it’s been asked before)

Hi all, going in tomorrow to look at a few Platinums. I keep seeing OTD prices of 51-52k. Does anyone know if this is for FWD or AWD?

Was initially looking into the RC but figured I’d look into the Plat with the sales and the 26 around the corner. Thanks all.
