Skyrim vs GTA V

Every dragon, giant, vampire, werewolf, frost troll, Dwemer machine, Daedric entity, bandit, mudcrab and city guard...even the Dragonborn, Karstaag and the Ebony Warrior...everything that can fight that ever appeared in TESV: Skyrim, suddenly invade San Andreas. Their goal: to kill a random NPC in the GTA V map. Neither side knows who the mystery NPC is. The armies of skyrim spawn in at LSIA. Team Skyrim have no respawns but team GTA (armed units only; police, military and gangmembers, and any other group or individual ever shown using weapons) have unlimited respawns. Who wins?
