Enabling xmp causes games to crash. (Ddr5 ram)

Hello, Im trying to use the xmp profile for my G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series DDR5 RAM 64GB (2x32GB) 6400MT/s CL32-39-39-102 1.40V ram.

I been using it for about a year at stock which is only 4800mt, I have an intel i7 12700k and my mobile is a msi mpg z690 carbon wifi. I belive my mobile bios is the update from January of 2024 which notes improved memory capability.

But today I tried to enable xmp for my ram, everything was going fine untill I started to play games that I regularly play, that's when I started to get crashes to desktop. So I turned xmp back off and everything is normal again. I also tried the msi try it memory feature where u can select presets so I tried a 6000mt one and well that didn't even let me boot into windows so I just reverted back to normal.

Any idea what I could do? I was thinking of changing the voltage but im not sure what to set it as.
