Large Casper practice question bank & Advice that stands out from the crowd

Hey Everyone!

I've scored 4th quartile on Casper this year I’ve been working on something I wish existed when I was prepping — a large, AI-powered CASPer question bank. The questions are available in both English and French, and you can respond in either language.

I’d love to hear your thoughts or suggestions on how to improve it!

Note: This is a passion project. You get 50+ questions for free, but AI is limited since it costs a lot to run.

Here are some non-generic CASPer tips that really helped me, including a few I found through Reddit and others I discovered through practice:

Balance is key but take position : It’s important to acknowledge both sides of a situation to show empathy and open-mindedness. But if a question clearly asks for a stance, don’t be afraid to take a clear position. Avoid sounding indecisive or trying to please everyone.

Use conditional and respectful language: Always speak as if you were addressing the person directly, with care and without judgment. Phrases like “I would want to understand more about…” or “I can imagine this might feel…” show emotional intelligence.

Assume you have unlimited resources: When a question involves difficult choices, answer as if you had infinite time, money, and connections. This helps you focus on your ethical reasoning rather than logistical constraints.

Bring your unique self: Use your personal stories and real experiences as much as possible—they’re what set you apart. Self-awareness is a huge asset in these types of tests. Know your values, your mistakes, and your growth moments by heart.

Name the characters in your answers: If a scenario involves “Sarah” and “Ali,” refer to them by name in your responses. It makes your answer more grounded and easier to follow.

For video questions: Don’t feel pressured to look at the screen the whole time. Listen carefully and take notes as you go—I found that helped me absorb the emotional tone and key details better.

Typing speed matters, but not alone: People talk about hitting 60+ WPM, but equally important is how fast you can think. Training your brain to process dilemmas quickly and generate clear ideas under time pressure only comes with deliberate practice and honest feedback.

Emotions matter: In your answers—whether situational or personal—highlight the emotions you felt or the emotions others might feel. CASPer rewards emotional insight, not just logic.
