DS923+ vs the UGreen DXP4800 Plus noise level and power consumption

I'm thinking of switching my DS923+ to a Ugreen mostly because I'm not a fan of the direction Synology is taking and I no longer use much of the synology tools anyway. So I'm planning to either install truenas or unraid on a ugreen.

I've seen a few comparisons and posts here and there praising the ugreen when it comes to performance etc... but I haven't see any comparison of noise levels and power consumption.

Noise level is important to me because it's only practical for me to stick it in the living room.

Does anyone have a comparison of both noise levels (mostly fan noise) and power levels between both units?
