Question/Am I the only one
Hello guys. So, I have suffered with severe anxiety in the past but I started getting better after therapy and meds. So for some years now I've been "free" of that overwhelming anxiety. However, sometimes (rarely), I feel extreme waves of anxiety that almost lead to panic attacks. Now, the weird thing is, these only happen when I'm at home, chilling. This anxiety comes out of nowhere and makes me panic because sometimes I want to stay home or just need to and my anxiety seems to force me to go outside. It's stressful, especially during summer break because I can't just go out everyday but my mind just begs me to go outside. It's hard to explain. Then sometimes I do leave the house and the feeling doesn't leave, and in those cases I just feel helpless. Does anyone feel this random, out of nowhere anxiety when you're just chilling at home? How do you personally deal with it? Thanks
