Did they upgrade the mystery boxes?

It seems like this past couple of days the mystery boxes are not as trash as they use to be since the change of price. I got very lucky with a 5k Spud in one of them but even outside of that there is regularly 100+ and even 200+ tokens even for rare characters Am I dreaming or are other players experiencing the same ?
