It's official. Just got the diagnosis.

I had a sore on my hand and it tested positive for HSV2. I had this sore once years ago but it looked just like a burn blister so I stupidly thought I got a friction burn.

I've never noticed anything on my genitals but I know now that I may have it there and be asymptomatic. I have an appt tomorrow to check.

I just fell in love with someone I've been in a serious relationship with and even flew over states to meet his family and I had no idea. I've had sex with him, all times have been with a condom except once when we were drinking. If I gave anything to him I feel like my life would be over. I'm going to tell him today.

I'm afraid my relationship is over and my life as I know it is over. What do I do now?
