ESR Keyboard not working

Two months ago, I bought an ESR keyboard for my iPad Air M3. It has worked perfectly until today, but now it won’t turn on. I thought it might just need charging, but when I plug it in, there’s no indicator light at all.

After leaving it “charging” for over an hour, it still won’t power on. I’ve tried different chargers, including the official one, but it simply doesn’t respond.

Have any one here expericed the same thing with ESR keyboard? and if, did you requested a refound?
