IEC refused - what now??

I sent my application in March, was invited to apply a few days later. I’ve done everything asked of me, got my biometrics, got my police certificates for the uk and Australia.

A few months ago I was told I’d sent in a crb check instead of an acro so I paid out of my arse for an acro police check to be fast tracked. I uploaded it and waited. Was told it still wasn’t sent. I uploaded it again, same thing. I sent in a webform advising it was uploaded. Didn’t receive a response. Was told again that I needed to upload my uk police check so I did this about two weeks ago and today my application has been refused because I didn’t send it in

I’ve sent a webform advising all of this and am waiting to hear back but what happens next? Will they accept this if I send it directly to them? Is there a direct number to call to speak to someone from outside Canada? I am freaking out
