Stimulants for folks with pots/heart issues?

What stimulants are prescribed to folks that have sensitive hearts, if any? Specifically something like pots, where the heart is more or less healthy, but just “jumpy”. Is there any way taking a stimulant is feasible, or does it have to be a non-stimulant medication?

I was told by my doctor if I experienced jumps in heartrate from concerta er 18mg, I’d experience it with everything else. Just wanted to hear your experiences with this, if anything.
