Confusion around medical terminology

Sorry if tjis is rude, but could someone please explain what the different levels are?? At first i thought they meant how “much” autism you have but that didn’t seem like a thing that the autistic community would like/feel is correct. Also, is the term ‘asberges’(spelling probably wrong) outdated?? Becuase i heard it was, but then i’ve also seen a few autists use it to descrive themselves.
