What is your favorite crossbody camera bag for travel?
I'm taking a two-week trip to Vietnam in October and have made the switch to a backpack vs traditional rolling suitcase for ease of travel in SE Asia.
Normally, I would bring my 20-30L Peak Design travel backpack as my personal item, which would hold all of my camera gear, accessories, in-flight needs etc. But instead, I'm going to be using the Cotopaxi Allpa 42L as my carryon and of course don't want to wear two backpacks.
Ideally, I'm looking for a medium sized crossbody bag that will safely hold my mirrorless camera, an extra lens or two, my DJI mini 4 pro and controller, as well as my inflight and daily essentials like chargers, kindle, passport etc. I have the Peak design 3L everyday sling and its just way too small if I want to bring more than one camera body w/ a lens. I was eyeing the Peak Design 7L outdoor sling, but the reviews made me nervous with lots of people saying the quick release strap caused their cameras to fall and break. It also might be just slightly too small for what I need.
I understand that I *could* just make space in my carryon and use a camera cube, but I also want to be able to use this bag as my day bag that I can carry around easily with me and hold everything I want to use throughout the day.
Please give me hope that I can find the right bag! Thank you!!
